Choosing an IBC capacity for your operation

Compare the freus 500–1500 L range by batch size, footprint and handling requirements.

Choosing an IBC capacity for your operation

An IBC should fit both the batch you handle and the space it moves through. Start with the process, then compare the container dimensions.

Start with your working batch

The freus range includes 500, 800, 1000, 1200 and 1500 L formats. Nominal capacity is a product identifier, not a promise that every process can fill the vessel to that level. Confirm the intended working volume and operating conditions in the quotation.

Compare the available footprints

Model Nominal capacity Dimensions, L × W × H
F500V 500 L 1000 × 650 × 1150 mm
F500H 500 L 1200 × 1000 × 750 mm
F800V 800 L 1200 × 1000 × 970 mm
F1000V 1000 L 1200 × 1000 × 1150 mm
F1200V 1200 L 1200 × 1000 × 1350 mm
F1500V 1500 L 1200 × 1000 × 1620 mm

Check access doors, the filling station, discharge clearance and the intended handling equipment. The dimensions above describe the listed product configurations; confirm the final drawing when specifying fittings or a different arrangement.

Specify the complete requirement

Send the material to be contained, quantity, destination and handling arrangement with your capacity selection. Ask for confirmation of the permitted load, lifting method and any stacking requirement before planning transport. A photograph of stacked containers is not a load rating.
