Privacy & preferences
Your project inquiry
When you choose Send inquiry, freus receives the name, company, email, country, configuration and project details you entered. We store these details in our inquiry system to review your requirements, respond and follow up on the project. Please do not submit sensitive personal information. After a successful submission, WhatsApp opens with your inquiry reference and selected requirements. You choose whether to send the message in WhatsApp.
Preferences on your device
The homepage saves your language and tank configuration in local browser storage so your choices remain available on your next visit. Contact details are not saved in that storage. Open Privacy & preferences in the homepage footer to clear saved choices. Clearing preferences does not delete inquiries already sent to freus.
Technical information
Our services may record IP address, browser information, request time and visited paths for operation, security and basic site statistics. Administration uses necessary session cookies. When enabled by freus, Meta Pixel, server-side conversion reporting and analytics measure visits and completed inquiries. Advertising click identifiers and hashed contact details may be shared with Meta to match a submitted inquiry to an advertisement. You can turn optional measurement off using the preferences below or in the homepage footer. Previously saved opt-outs and browser Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals are respected. No privacy checkbox is required to submit an inquiry.
Access and retention
Inquiry information is available to authorized staff and service providers needed to operate the website and handle your request. We keep it while needed for project follow-up and applicable record-keeping requirements. To request access, correction or deletion, use the project inquiry form, state your request and identify your original inquiry. We may need to verify the request before acting.
